you carry other products?
Only the
products featured on the Product
page are available. We
receive many requests for
products including pain killers,
and other products which are
referred to as controlled
substances in some countries, including the
USA; We
do not carry any of these
products, and advise extreme
caution against importing
controlled substances. In most
countries such substances are not
included among allowable drugs
permitted under the personal use
import laws, and you may be
committing a crime by even trying
to order them by mail. Inquiries
pertaining to these substances
will not be given a response. If
the product you are seeking is
not among the list on our product
page, we do not offer
it.
Do
your products carry a guarantee
of satisfaction?
Just like any
prescription medication you buy
at a local pharmacy, you may not
return an unused portion for a
refund. The products we offer are
sent from a registered pharmacy,
and for safety reasons may not be
returned. It is most advisable to
make use of our service only
after you have been prescribed
the same product in your home
country, and are encouraged by
the progress made as a result. If
you have never tried the product
but cannot obtain it in your
own country (perhaps it is not
yet approved), you should only
order the smallest available
quantity in order to first
determine if the medication is
helpful. No medication is
effective for everyone and therefore no
guarantees can be made. We do, however,
guarantee the medication to be authentic
product in original manufacturer packaging.
Is
this legal?
In most
every country around the world,
importation of medicinal drugs for personal use is
allowable, as long as the drug is intended for
personal use and is not for resale. It is the buyer's
responsibiltiy to abide by
his/her own country's import
restrictions. If we experience a
disproportionate amount of
difficulty with shipments into a
particular country, you will be
notified at the time you place
your order that fulfillment of
the order will not be possible
due to problems with customs
authorities in your country.
Can
you ship bulk orders?
No. We have no
involvement whatsoever with bulk
orders of any kind, we only
fulfill orders for personal use
available on our product list. If you have a
request for bulk order of a drug or chemical,
email it to service@apotheke-schweiz.ch
Do
you ship generic drugs?
Medications
listed are the original branded products in
manufacturer packaging. The manufacturer is designated at the
top of the product listing. A limited amount of products are
available from Indian and other generic manufacturers for even bigger savings.
Generic drugs are indicated in the related
products section of each individual product,
where available. A generic product will never be
sent in place of the brand name product if you
order the branded item. See the entire product

for our current product offering. The product you order is the
product you will receive. WE WILL NEVER
SUBSTITUTE A GENERIC FOR A BRANDED PRODUCT.
How
long does it take to receive an order?
Orders
are received within seven to ten business days
for most countries around the globe. Countries
with limited air mail deliveries may take a
bit longer than the normal time frame.
Where
do the products come from?
We work with a
network of affiliated pharmacies
throughout the world, and each
product is sourced according to
availability and price.
Accordingly, if you order multiple products, each of them
may be shipped separately from a different
associate pharmacy in a different continent
(hence the built-in shipping
price for each individual product) in order to
offer the lowest price. In all cases, the
products are guaranteed to be authentic
medications direct from the associate pharmacy
through legitimate drug wholesalers and
manufacturers, and will be packaged
discreetly to ensure your
privacy.
